You do not need an account to shop at Kuwaitishop. However, you will be able to enjoy benefits if you register with us, such as:

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Kuwaitishop is very easy!

  1. Browse the website by categories (i.e brands, devices, covers...etc)
  2. Click on the desired item then click 'Add to cart'. Your chosen item will appear in you shopping bad at the top of the page
  3. Continue shopping by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' icon
  4. When you are ready to place your order, revisit your shopping cart and select proceed to check out
  5. Follow the steps to complete the checkout process
  6.  After downloading Kuwaitishop application into your smart device you may submit you order easily

How do I select the currency?

  • The currency is default to the currency of the region you are shopping in

What payment methods does KUWAITISHOP accept?

  • We accept KNET, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payment on orders is available occasionally


How will I know if KUWAITISHOP has received my order?

  • After placing your order, you will receive an email and an SMS to inform you that your order has been received. In the event of a problem or you havn’t received a confirmation email or SMS; please contact us instantly. For all cash on delivery orders, a confirmation call will be made to confirm your address and telephone number. Your items will then be dispatched.

When will my order be delivered?

  • Local (Kuwait) Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days after order confirmation
  • Paid orders will be processed directly without confirming; unless it has a missing information
  • All our orders are delivered within the specified period of time that you received in the confirmation email and SMS, depending on the time of order, your delivery location, and the items you have selected.

How do I change my delivery address or scheduled delivery date?

What is the exchange and return policy?

  • We offer a 14 days exchange and return policy at any of our Kuwaitishop
  • We will not exchange or return any product the passes its warranty time.
  • We will not exchange or return any product in the same day if its factory defected.
  • Misused or broken items are not covered by warranty.
  • Product color changes are not covered by the warranty.
  • No return or exchange is accepted for the product sold at the SALE or during promotion.
  • Original invoice must be available in order for us to accept an exchange or a return.

Does KUWAITISHOP offer repairs service?

Is my package insured and will I need to sign for it on arrival?

  • Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception. A signature will be required on arrival however someone can sign on your behalf if you are unavailable; if you weren’t reachable; the order will be returned back to our warehouse and a redelivery will be scheduled which might cause a delay

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

  • We provide the highest quality items at Kuwaitishop. So, if your product is damaged or has a fault, please check the below points:
  • If the product is under a valid warranty, bring the product to any retail store with the original invoice; we will test it and that would take around 2 to 4 business days to get a result of the testing.
  • If the product was factory defected we will replace it for you or exchange it with other product with same value of the product you paid for.

How can I place a wholesale order?

  • You may place your order for wholesale by sending a request to our wholesale department by contacting
  • Make sure to send all information about the reason for your purchase.
  • If you are buying for reselling in your store, send us information about your store and the brands you are interested in.
  • We do not sell wholesale to offline stores (i.e instagram accounts)
